What are your shipping charges?

We send all of our sticker orders out via US Postal Service fFirst Class mail. We mail our stickers to addresses in the United States and Canada, The amount of your order (before tax) determines the Shipping Charges:

Up to $14.99 = $3.00 shipping to US addresses. $6.00 shipping to Canada.
$15.00 to $24.99 = $2.50 shipping to US addresses. $5.00 shipping to Canada.
$25.00 & above = FREE shipping to US addresses. $3.00 shipping to Canada.

Rock Art Stickers ships orders as fast as possible - usually within 48 hours. We hate waiting for stuff we’ve ordered and don’t want you to have to wait long for your stickers to arrive. However, every now and then we are out in the field looking for rock art panels - this might delay your order a day or two. If your order is delayed we'll throw in a small gift for your inconvenience.

Do you ship anywhere outside the USA?

Yes. We can mail Rock Art Stickers to Canada. Order via the website. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express only for Canadian orders.

What if I want to return a sticker?

Any purchase you are unhappy with can be returned (in new and unused condition) to us within seven (7) days after the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price minus a $3.00 restocking fee. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Contact us first before returning any items. Email: rockartstickers@gmail.com

Contact us also if any stickers are damaged in shipment. We will send you a replacement for any damaged sticker. We just ask that you first send us a photograph of the damaged envelope and individual stickers before we can initiate your replacement.

What are the stickers made of?

Premium quality, weather-proof, exterior-grade 3M vinyl. Tough stuff that is built to last.

How long will my sticker last?

Thick and tough, our stickers can last for several years of exterior exposure to the elements in all seasons. If you live where Winters are cold and snowy, go easy with your ice scraper!

Are the stickers easy to remove?

No. The stickers are not easy to remove. They must be scraped off glass using a razor blade, and it takes some time and effort. Any sticker applied to wood or any painted surface is a permanent application. It is not coming off without harming the surface it is applied to. Make sure you are happy with your choice of placement before applying any sticker.

Can I use one of your images?

Do you make anything besides stickers?

We can transfer any of our images on to t-shirts, hats, mugs, shopping bags, note cards, stationary, pins, calendars, slate coasters – you name it. Please contact us to discuss any special custom order requests.

Do you make your stickers in any different colors or sizes?

No, not anymore. Effective August 11, 2020, we can no longer accept special orders. Ever increasing demands placed upon our small staff have made us too busy. Regular sizes and colors are available through our website.
